Safety Policy

The activity we support, the activity we refuse, and how we protect users from scams.

Last updated May 17, 2026

Mission statement

BanAppealGenerator.com only provides educational content and appeal writing assistance. We do not help users bypass WhatsApp bans, evade platform rules, send spam, automate bulk messaging, or use unofficial WhatsApp applications. Our content is designed to keep users safe, compliant with WhatsApp's policies, and away from scams.

What we support

  • Writing polite, honest appeals through the in-app Request a Review flow.
  • Writing email appeals to support@whatsapp.com or smb_web@support.whatsapp.com.
  • Helping small businesses align with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
  • Educating users on how to avoid future bans (opt-in, opt-out, official app, two-step verification).
  • Pointing users to WhatsApp's official help articles.

What we refuse

  • "Bypass WhatsApp ban" tactics, software, or instructions.
  • Anti-ban tools or anti-detection wrappers.
  • GB WhatsApp, YoWhatsApp, FMWhatsApp, WhatsApp Plus, or any unofficial WhatsApp app or APK.
  • Bulk virtual number registration or SIM-farm techniques.
  • Mass messaging automation that violates WhatsApp's Terms.
  • Phishing for users' verification codes, PINs, or backups.
  • Selling "guaranteed unban" services or reseller leads to such services.

Protecting users from scams

There is a thriving scam ecosystem promising "100% WhatsApp unban for ₹X" or paid unban services on social media and search ads. These services cannot deliver — only WhatsApp can lift a ban, and they do not charge. We:

  • Never link to, partner with, or advertise unban services.
  • Explicitly warn against them in every relevant article.
  • Will report suspected scam ads on Google or Meta when we encounter them.

Account safety reminders

  • Never share your WhatsApp 6-digit verification code with anyone, even people claiming to be WhatsApp staff. WhatsApp will never ask for it.
  • Never share your two-step verification PIN.
  • Use the official WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business from the Play Store, App Store, or whatsapp.com.
  • Enable two-step verification: Settings → Account → Two-step verification.
  • Treat any "WhatsApp support" message from outside the official app or these emails as suspicious.
